And why have a personal trainer, you may ask? Sometimes having all the tools isn’t always enough. Your car may be parked in the service garage, but you still need your mechanic to change the oil! Have you been going to the gym and not seeing the results you expect? Or having lots of aches and pains? Perhaps it’s time for some professional help. Whether for toning, weight loss, rehabilitation, or enhanced training, our certified personal trainers will advise you on a suitable exercise program ensuring proper form and safe use of equipment.

HealthyVibes has a broad array of equipment, including a treadmill, ellipitical machine, stationary bike, free weights, weighted bars and balls, mats, bosu ball, stability balls, and of course.......vibration exercise machines.

Tone & Stretch

This 60 minute class will include a bit of everything! We'll cover legs, bums, abs, back, arms, and shoulders with a focus on core strength and posture. You'll feel great after class!

Duration: 8 weeks starting January 9
Day/Time:
Monday 6 - 7pm
Thursday 6 - 7pm & 7 - 8pm
Saturday 9:30am - 10:30am

Cost:
1 class/week for 8 weeks = $96
2 class/week for 8 weeks = $160
3 class/week for 8 weeks = $225

Kripalu Yoga

A yoga of mindfulness & compassion, this class includes breathwork, postures, relaxation and meditation. Classes are 60 minutes and mats are provided.

Duration: 8 weeks starting January 10
Day/Time:
Tuesdays 5:30pm - 7:05pm (95 minutes)

Cost:
1 class/week for 8 weeks = $100

Pilates

Pilates develops long, lean muscles, a flat belly, and great posture. Classes are 60 minutes and mats are provided.

Duration: 6 weeks starting January 9
Day/Time:
Wednesday Essentials 6 - 7pm
Monday/Wednesday Level I/II 7 - 8pm

Cost:
1 class/week for 6 weeks = $75
2 class/week for 6 weeks = $140

Learn to Run

Many runners probably begin their running program with a physical goal foremost in their minds, like losing weight or toning their legs. These are definitely some potential benefits that come from running, but they’re not the only ones. One of the greatest benefits of a runner’s lifestyle is that it strongly contributes to overall health in so many ways. It could even be a way to meet people or to compete with others in races.
